Thank you for supporting our handmade artwork. Each piece is carefully created with time, effort, and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns

All artworks are made-to-order and/or handcrafted. Therefore, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure transparency and fairness:

An unboxing video is compulsory for any claim related to damage.

The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened package with shipping label visible
  • The full unboxing process without cuts or pauses
  • The condition of the artwork inside

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.

Exchange Policy (Only in Specific Cases)

An exchange may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. The artwork is physically damaged during transit, or
  2. There is a significant deviation from the originally described artwork

Please note:

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, or the handmade nature of the product and will not be considered as defects.
  • Each artwork is handcrafted; slight variations are natural and add uniqueness to the piece.

Exchange Process & Timeline

If an exchange is approved:

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The artwork may need to be completely recreated, as each piece is handmade.
  • Therefore, a considerable amount of time will be required, and the timeline will be communicated clearly after evaluation of the issue.
  • We appreciate your understanding and support for handmade art.
  • In case of a product exchange request, the shipping charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer. The exchanged product will be shipped only after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
